the property was very nice. full kitchen I didn’t need all that since I just needed a place to sleep. the issue was the price I got on Booking was $64. great since I only needed a place to sleep. the hotel was listed as pet friendly. when I arrived I was charged an additional $25 plus tax for my dog. that was upsetting. and it was just too late for me to find someplace cheaper. I think that should have been in the bookings listing.

Staff went above and beyond. I had vehicle breakdown and needed extra checkout time. They were more than willing to give me the extra time needed for my sister to pick me up. Elevator had issues and two staff members helped me get my bags down to lobby. I highly recommend staying here. They even offered to help take bags out to the vehicle when my sister arrived.

Loved how they let me check in early. Had a rough night with front wheel busting and ended up staying for 4 nights since I had to wait for new parts. Staff were really friendly gave me ideas of where to go. Very good place to go (: Definitely will be back when I'm in macallister (:

Very good accommodations for an excellent price! We used to commonly use Holiday Inn Express, but we are now solidly Extended Stay enthusiasts. Although the HIX breakfast is demonstrably more complete and diverse, Extended Stay still wins overall...
